Reflection

To clean off the dirt, you have to be able to look in the mirror while simultaneously looking at God for guidance. When you don't act on cleaning yourself, you remain in shame.

We receive the power, and the love to be able to forgive ourselves when we look back at God.

Shame is relieved. It is no longer a rock, tied to our ankle, sinking us to the bottom of the ocean.

Changing or letting go of what weighs us down doesn't require a desire to change. When we get to know him, his miraculous and transforming words will transform us.
